It is now 10 years since the first Phytoconference on the use of vegetative covers to reduce or redress after effects of environmental pollution. Since then, the number of reported systems in operation has increased, as well as the number of studies and applications for environmental purposes of green plants.
This last "Phytotecnology" conference entails a wide number of subjects, research and practical, with an eye to the outcomes of the Copenhagen conference of 2009 on global changes, the need to reduce greenhouse gases and pollution and to increase the use of alternative, renewable energy sources.
In line with this, this conference aims to bring together an admirable collection of experts and interested participants in all branches of "phytotechnologes", to share and update on experience and also showcase funded research.
